Pricing
1 ) In-Studio or Live on ZOOM | $130 for 10 classes - access to all classes either in person or on zoom!
2) Drop-In | Classes are $15 per class. Access to ONE live class.
3) Private in-person or ZOOM sessions | Private session pricing will vary between instructors. Contact us for more info!

Class Descriptions
sunset Yoga + Sunrise Yoga + Morning Yoga
–
These classes will focus on the entire spectrum of yoga poses - forward folds, backbends, twists, standing, and balance poses. Sun Salutations will be included. All level friendly.
Beginner
–
Beginner is an introductory class for those new to yoga or returning after a hiatus. Basic poses will be taught with an emphasis on alignment in the standing poses.
power
–
Power yoga combines breath-linked movement with strength-building and balance postures. Modifications will be suggested as needed because this is an All Levels class. We will work on the engagement of the muscles and relaxation techniques to help build awareness of strengthening the mind-body and spirit in the most effective way. This class will energize your body as well as build strength & endurance for all your activities.
gentle
–
Gentle is a less vigorous class that included gentle poses designed to systematically increase strength, balance, range of motions, and energy. As with all yoga, there is an emphasis on the breath. Of course, footwork is included.
Yin Yoga
–
Yin is designed to bring the student peace and balance. Yin focuses on creating healthy connective tissue and protection of the joints. Poses are held for longer periods of time and they use breath, relaxation, and gravity to obtain the desired results. Some props may be required.
Chair Yoga (in-studio only**)
–
Chair is for those that cannot or do not want to sit on the floor. It will help strengthen and stretch your body while focusing your mind through attention on the breath. Chair yoga is accessible to everyone.
